Laura MartinGestalt psychotherapist
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist, with five years' experience working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, addictions, painful relationships, traumatic bereavements and other difficulties.
I believe even our most painful experiences are more bearable when shared, and aim to offer a therapeutic relationship where you feel seen and heard without judgement. I work gently with you to explore the painful feelings, experiences and habitual ways of being that hold you back. Gestalt can be very creative and experimental in supporting development of your self-awareness. As you are able to really know and accept your experience, trusting your process, change happens naturally and you can make more satisfying choices in life.
