Latoya Henry Integrative counsellor , SE1

Life can be filled with never ending obstacles. You may be feeling overwhelmed with all the pressures at work, whilst trying to juggle the constant demands of being a parent. Let's not forget about the strain this may be putting on your relationship with your other half, and no one truly understands that things are day by day spiralling out of control for you.

You want to get back to that place where getting up for work is not a chore and work-life balance is not just a fantasy. Being a parent feels enjoyable again and those initial butterflies at the start of your relationship with your partner begins to re-emerge.

If you are ready to break these cycles, let's work together to find healthy ways to manage your difficulties, make positive changes in your life and heal those old wounds. I offer a relational and a down to earth approach to counselling that will help you make these changes a reality.

How do we get started?

We will have an initial one-on-one assessment appointment to get an understanding of what has brought you to therapy. Following this, we can discuss further regular counselling sessions (if needed), which typically takes place at the same time each week for 50 minutes.

As I recognise that life can be extremely busy, I offer early morning, evening, weekend and online appointments so you don't have to worry about changing your daily schedule. Together, we can get your life back on track. Please visit my website to learn more and schedule your appointment online today. (
