There are times in everyone's lives where we face challenges we don't know how to deal with. Seeing a counsellor can help you resolve what's bothering you and move forward into greater well-being and enjoyment of life.
I’m an experienced counsellor providing a professional, friendly and accessible service in Cardiff. I work from a position of warmth, understanding and respect. This, combined with a passion for working with people is the foundation of my practice. As each client is different, I offer a service tailored to meet your needs.
I have counselled for New Pathways – with clients effected by rape and sexual abuse - the Cardiff Alcohol and Drug Team, the Employee Counselling Service with Cardiff Council and as a Student Counsellor at the University of South Wales. I also practice privately in Cardiff. If you would like to know more about how I can help you, please visit my website or contact me for an informal chat.
I offer a concessionary rate for students and clients on a lower income.
