I am a person centred therapist who offers a friendly, non-judgemental, safe environment for you to bring any issues that you feel that you need to address. I focus my work around loss and bereavement support, as well as mental health issues.  

My background is of working within mental health charities working with a range of clients bringing various issues.

I offer flexible appointments including evening and weekends, as I understand life can be hectic and sometimes we need our therapy to be flexible and fit in with our busy life's too.  I offer appointments to suit you and I am here to support you in your times of need.  I am based in S20.
