Using this approach with the right ingredients for positive change, I support you by working with the natural tendency towards the most effective way of being. This approach has been proven to be effective through many years of research including a broader positive impact on society.
Depending on your needs and preferences, elements like focusing and mindfulness and meditation can also be powerful additional tools to support and enhance the therapeutic journey, during sessions and/or in between.

I have over 5 years experience providing counselling; previous voluntary role, face to face counselling in a professional organisation supporting women with NHS referral & self referral; over 4 years running a successful private practice at 2Talk Counselling in Manchester, helping clients with a wide variety of issues.
I am qualified to work with a wide variety of problems and issues for short or longer term but I have specific training in; bereavement, loss & grief; spirituality/religion; sexuality and cultural issues and domestic abuse.
Additional training and experience includes; relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, family issues, stress, cross-cultural relationships, separation and divorce, emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse and personal development.
