Katrina Pitts
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I am a qualified psychotherapist with experience in the NHS, private and voluntary sectors. I work with individuals in an integrative way, that is to say I draw on a range of theories and therapeutic approaches to explore the difficulties with living that have brought you to therapy in the first place. I work with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety and depression, post-natal depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, workplace difficulties and low self-esteem
If you are new to therapy, it can be very daunting, so we will take the time at our initial meeting to explore whether this process is right for you, what your hopes and expectations are and whether you feel I am the right person to embark on the process with you.
If you do wish to continue with me, I offer both short and long-term work. I am a member of BACP and abide by their code of ethics, and am also a member of the Society for Existential Analysis.
