Hi, I am Kathy, a qualified and highly experienced UKCP Accredited Counselling Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, working with adolescents, adults, couples, groups and organisations.  My areas of expertise include: depression, anxiety & stress, low self-esteem, relationship issues, family dynamics, addictions, trauma and PTSD, transcultural issues. 

I believe that therapy should be an empowering process for each client, therefore taking a collaborative, client-focused approach which respects diversity and difference is essential for an effective therapeutic process. In partnership, we will set the focus and pace of sessions considering your full self - encompassing mind, body and spirit.
