PsychotherapistAbout Me
They say unconditional hope, like unconditional love, is the only kind worth having. Yet as we travel through life, we can sometimes wonder if our ability to survive on that hope alone is enough. Therapy offers a place of great safety and absolute confidentiality – where you can explore your inner most everything. My aim is to help you illuminate what really mattered in your past, what’s truly happening in the present and how you might like to live healed and happier in your future.
It’s a commitment to work together. It can be enlightening, challenging, inspiring, surprising and incredibly healing. My duty of care is to support, guide and encourage you as you make that journey.
I completed my initial Psychotherapy studies at Regents University and undertook a further 4 years of training and qualification in Psychotherapy and Counselling at CCPE in London (with further studies in Trauma and Complex Trauma). I am a fully qualified and accredited Integrative and Transpersonal Psychotherapist. I work with Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Sexual and physical abuse, Trauma, Eating Disorders, Hoarding, Family Constellation as well as Performance and Professional challenges and Spiritual exploration.
Honesty, bravery and consistent attendance are critical to how I work and in return, commitment, confidentiality and unconditional kindness are a promise from me.
For clients in the public eye I will sign NDA's on request but absolute confidentiality is the underlying keystone of my work with each and every client.
It all starts with a conversation.
