My aim is to provide a safe, non judgmental supportive space, where clients can open up and feel seen and heard for who they truly are. While psychotherapy helps clients to process difficult or painful thoughts and feelings, I believe that therapy can also focus on the clients potential, by working with them to identify and draw on their inner resources to live a fuller, more satisfying life.

I am a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist and a General Member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). I see both individuals and couples for a range of sexual and/or relationship issues. Qualifications in nursing and midwifery give me a very good understanding of the common sexual dysfunctions.

My training as a Systemic Practitioner, has provided me with experience of Family Therapy and working with young people, enabling me to support individuals with issues that may impact upon the wider family dynamics. Having undertaken additional training in Addiction and Recovery, Trauma, Anxiety and Depression, I am able to support clients with these areas as they can all have a significant impact on relationships.

I am currently working towards an Advanced Diploma in Contemporary Psychotherapy with the Beeleaf Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and am a trainee member of UKCP.
