Kate Alliott
Psychodynamic psychotherapistAbout Me
Life can feel like a relentless struggle in which we feel stuck, helpless and unhappy. Talking can often help to make sense of some of our patterns of behaviour and our relationships, past and present. I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 10 years practice in the NHS and privately. I work with a range of symptoms and issues and provide a safe and confidential space to listen, to think and to explore with you at a deeper level what may be going on and why.
I work evenings and Saturday mornings. Get in touch and we can have an initial chat about what may be the best way forward for you.
I am registered with the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists and a member of the British Psychoanalytic Council.
