If you are feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, under pressure and not sure where your life is going, I am an experienced therapist and counsellor, who can an offer a safe space to talk about whatever may be troubling you. Every individual is different, and in therapy we will work together on understanding your own individual situation, and through this I can help you learn more about yourself and think about the possibility of change in your life. You might have a specific problem you need to resolve, or maybe you feel in crisis; perhaps you have had painful past experiences like bullying or bereavement or relationship break ups. In therapy, we can explore your thoughts and feelings together through weekly sessions. Currently I am offering sessions online (video/audio) during the coronavirus health emergency. Normally I see people in my consulting rooms in central London (EC4 and SE1). Weekdays (day and evening) and Saturday morning sessions are possible. I am happy to arrange an initial consultation to talk about how therapy might help.
