I am a Clinical Psychologist, chartered member of BPS (British Psycological Society), and HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) registred. I trained as a Psychologist in Portugal.

I have worked with people facing difficult moment in life - work related difficulties; academic performance; depression; anxiety; etc. - as well as with people facing more complex mental health difficulties. My work has been developed in different contexts as private clinic; within charities; and mental health units.

Also, I am undertaking a training in Psychoanalytical Psychotherapy with The SiTE for Contemporary Psychoanalysis in order to develop and keep on updating my understand of the mind and the human being, and better support my clients.
