I work one to one with adults in either NW10/NW6 or EC4. I am an Integrative Counsellor and my specialism is working with clients who have experienced childhood family disruption (loss/abandonment/separation/divorce) which impacts their relationships and way of being now, be that feeling anxious, depressed, or lonely. We can explore possible connections between past and present and how to find ways forward to help you to feel better. My aim is to build a comfortable working relationship that enables you to feel safe and be open to talking freely with me.

I have worked with people who experience a wide variety of difficulties such as anxiety and/or depression alongside relationship problems with family/partners, an eating disorder, bereavement, low self-esteem, loneliness, unresolved grief and different forms of trauma (developmental/relational).

I am experienced in working with loss of a parent or a physically/emotionally absent parent. I can offer mindfulness either on its own or as part of a therapy session.

Training and qualifications

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling from the very well respected training organisation, The Minster Centre, in London, NW6. I expect to gain an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy in September 2018.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) and I abide by their code of professional ethics.

I have a yoga teacher qualification and a number of specialist yoga/meditation trainings. I see yoga as a therapeutic adjunct to counselling/therapy and yoga and meditation or mindfulness for their therapeutic benefits in their own right. Please see for my yoga work.

I have a BA in Humanities and an MA in Art History.

My fee for a 50 mins appointment is £70 in EC4 and £60 for NW10/NW6.

I understand counselling/therapy is expensive and not affordable for everyone. Therefore in each location I offer a limited number of concessionary slots. A concessionary rate would be discussed and negotiated according to circumstances. Please ask if you would like to discuss this.
