I am an accredited UKCP Gestalt Psychotherapist working in English and Polish. I have been working as a psychotherapist in private practice for over 10 years. Before becoming a psychotherapist I have worked in various mental health settings – social care, outreach support, family support, supported living accommodations, project management, NHS and Mind.
My areas of expertise are depression and anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship difficulties, stress, bereavement, life transitions, eating disorders, OCD, anger management. I base my work on relational Gestalt approach and EMDR, also integrating elements of Transactional Analysis, attachment theory and mindfulness.
My aim is to offer a safe and confidential space in which we can explore what is causing your current distress. My work is client lead and I strongly believe that everyone has the potential to grow. In my view self-awareness and self-acceptance lead to personal freedom and choice.
