About Me

Supportive therapy can feel like a 'life-line' if you're struggling with your mental health and well-being. As a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist I aim to work alongside you through your challenges and difficulties. It may be that you've lost a loved one, experiencing family issues, relationship breakdown or struggling with anxiety and stress. Whatever you may be facing, you don't need to face it alone.

I am passionate about the use of creativity and human connection to promote inner reflection and growth. Creativity in therapy can help communicate seemingly unmanageable or overwhelming life experiences. Deciding to start therapy can feel like a big step and I believe it's vital that you feel able to trust and build a relationship with the therapist you choose to work with.
