Hello, 

My name is Joanna and I am a qualified Adult Psychotherapist and Child /Adolescent Counsellor. My experience for the past 17 years lies within Mental health, counselling and mentoring . I work with various modalities such as: Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic and person centred. I am trained as well as a Master Practitioner in Modern Energy (EFT) .

I am very passionate of what I am doing , caring and a great listener. We can work together towards achieving positive outcomes and assist you seeing things from a brighter side. In between sessions, depending on circumstances and issues, I may give you some activities to do as well.

I used to work for the Anxiety UK as their approved Therapist where I used to have my own private practice and seeing clients with various issues from mild to severe problems ; also I worked for several charities in Central London and two large Universities where I used to offer short term Counselling and Psychotherapy to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. Finally, delivered counselling to Pupil referral Units and primary/secondary schools. 

I am experienced dealing with issues such as: Anxiety, University students, family relationships, social communication, trauma, depression , ADHD, Aspergers syndrome, parenting, OCD, personal relationships. 

I have full accreditation by the National Council of Psychotherapists and I am always committed giving 100% of my effort to my clients and teach them how to become more independent and happier .
