Jo Bullen Family/Systemic psychotherapist ,
I have completed clinical training in Occupational Therapy and Systemic Psychotherapy as well as NHS leadership training. Prior to clinical training I studied Social Anthropology which underpins my interest in the dynamics of human social/relational systems. Throughout my academic and clinical journey I have developed a specialist interest in the mind/body interface and how health and illness are understood and communicated within the self, in relationships and in the wider community.
Training and qualifications
I am a trained Systemic Psychotherapist and Occupational Therapist and am registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I am a member of the Association of Family Therapy (AFT). In addition I am a trained yoga teacher.
I offer a free consultation session for us to talk and decide if we would like to continue working together. Sessions are 50 minutes. The fees charged are negotiable but as a guideline I charge £60 per individual therapy session and £80 per couple/family session. Please contact me if you would like to discuss this further.
