Jill TwentymanIntegrative psychotherapist
I am an integrative psychotherapist. That means I am a psychotherapist who is trained in different models and approaches, so I can identify the best way to work, depending on who I'm seeing and what is brought to therapy. I work both short and long term and on ongoing issues as-well as specific problems.
I believe our past experience, whether of significant relationships or particular events, is usually linked to where and how we are in the present. While this might not be the main focus of the therapeutic work, it is often an important part of the story and helps provide context and meaning to what is happening now.
I have experience and interest in working with trauma, addiction, relationships, family estrangement, past abuse and work stress.
