My name is Jenny and I am a qualified counsellor.

I see individuals, many who suffer from issues such as anxiety, depression, panic disorder, generalised anxiety, seasonal affective disorder, phobias and low self-esteem. I also help couples with family issues including separation and divorce.

My training has included different approaches such as Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis.  This means that I am able to tailor the therapy sessions to suit each client depending on the issues brought to the sessions.

Our sessions will give you the chance to explore your feelings and thoughts in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

Together we will challenge your negative beliefs and build on your strengths and qualities.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by their code of ethics.
