About me

Hello! I'm Jennifer, a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist. I offer in-person sessions in Central London (Oxford Circus & London Bridge)—both easily accessible by tube and train—as well as online therapy for those who prefer remote sessions. I am registered with AXA Health insurance. How I Can Help: Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes we lose sight of what truly brings us meaning and fulfilment. Wherever you are right now, therapy offers a space to reflect, gain clarity, and move forward. With my extensive training and experience, I am able to work with a wide range of presenting issues, ranging from abuse and attachment difficulties, to trauma, loneliness and work-related stress. Clients come to me, in particular, when they are: ⬩ Navigating a major life transition—such as bereavement, a relationship breakdown, career dissatisfaction, or identity/expat challenges—and feeling uncertain about what comes next.
⬩ Struggling with anxiety, stress, or burnout, wanting to find more balance, ease, and fulfilment.
⬩ Experiencing low mood, self-doubt, or depression, and looking to rebuild confidence, hope, and self-worth. Whatever it is you're facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns—helping you reconnect with your capacity to thrive. My Approach: I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Existential, and Gestalt models to tailor therapy to your specific needs. I’m also a qualified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, helping my clients explore and heal different parts of themselves—especially those carrying pain, self-doubt, or protective mechanisms. This work can foster greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of inner harmony. Alongside talking therapy, I often incorporate creative and body-based practices such as mindfulness, breath work, visualisation, dream exploration, journaling, and imagery. These approaches can unlock deeper insights and shifts beyond what words alone can access. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and neurodivergent-informed (ADHD/ASD). Next Steps:
Finding the right therapist is important, so I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. We can use this time to chat informally about what’s bringing you to therapy and whether we’d be a good fit. There’s no obligation—just a chance to explore what might work best for you. You can book directly via Calendly on my web site or email me to arrange a time. A Bit About Me:
Originally from the US, I’ve lived in London for over 20 years and understand the unique challenges of navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and cultural adjustments. My approach is open, direct, and underpinned by warmth and genuine care. I aim to create a space where you feel fully seen and heard—where even the parts of yourself you may have kept hidden, consciously or unconsciously, are welcome. I’m a Full Clinical UKCP member and a Registered Member of BACP. If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect and explore how we might work together.
