Life can throw us a curveball from time to time and our balance can tip out of kilter. It can be difficult to know how or where to seek help, but by being here, you have made the first step to enter counselling. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to discuss whatever you feel you need to, at a pace that suits you. I find the Integrative approach fits my own philosophy, as we are all individual and one style of therapy may not suit all. 

I am comfortable working with adults or children and have experience working with trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, child-parent conflict, bereavement and pet bereavement.

I am a qualified counsellor trained in Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and I work with Short Term solution-focused Therapy.  I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to the ethical framework for good practice and the BACP guidelines.

I am also a trained mediator.
