Jasminka Milena LetzasACT hypnotherapist
I am a fully qualified and experienced hypnotherapist with further certifications in stress management and in dealing with addictions.
I use cognitive behavioural strategies in combination with hypnosis to empower clients to change their thinking patterns and automated behaviours. When appropriate I also employ mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
In my practice I am mainly dealing with anxiety, stress-related issues, low self-esteem, addictive behaviours and low mood, but I am happy to discuss any other issues you wish to tackle.
In the first session we will discuss your actions, feelings and thoughts and look at how they effect your current situation. In subsequent sessions we will work together to facilitate the changes you want to make and to help you lead a freer life in-line with your values.
Please get in touch if you'd like to find out more or ask any questions before booking.
A little bit about my background: Long time ago I worked in Digital Design and Video Production, heading a large team of Creatives in London. Whilst the two careers might not seem related at first sight, the former has given me a deep understanding of commercial pressures and work-related stress. Therefore I can easily emphasise with many of my clients' situations; invaluable to establish a successful therapeutic relationship.
OnlineI also provide my services online.
