My name is Janice, I offer face to face counseling and psychotherapy sessions. My therapy is called Person-Centred as it encompasses the feelings and experiences clients have had throughout their lives. Being Person-Centred therapy it will help clients find their own answers while being supported and not judged as this type of therapy is non-judgemental, being confidential, understanding and empathic to clients needs and experiences. This therapy can be used to build up Self-esteem, confidence, because of empathy is used bereavement, grief any type of loss can be helped in a humanistic way showing understanding in every session. I can travel locally if it is more convenient for clients or clients can visit me at my address. My sessions are 60 minutes in total. I work with male and female clients. My hours of work are 10am-9pm Monday to Friday. I can work weekends Saturday-Sunday 10-7pm.
