I offer a range of services from 1:1 and group counselling/coaching sessions. I trained at Richmond College and am strongly informed by 12 step philosophy as well as helping clients to look after their mental, physical, spiritual and emotional health to thrive in life.
In a corporate setting I work with leaders and teams alike helping organisations develop a culture of wellbeing, vulnerability, productivity, creativity and innovation.
