About Me

You may be concerned about something which has troubled for many years or perhaps something which has happened more recently. I offer both short term counselling and also longer term psychotherapy depending on your needs. I work with clients on a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship problems, mood swings, trauma, bereavement, hopelessness etc.

I believe that psychotherapy helps to uncover self-limiting beliefs and behaviours -which are usually unconscious- and to open up new ways of thinking, feeling and relating. This can bring about change, personal growth and lead to a much happier, more productive and creative way of being.

I am an experienced, qualified and fully accredited psychotherapist and counsellor. I have worked as a counsellor for the NHS and now work provide counselling and psychotherapy in private practice in Crouch End, North London.
