Dr Ian Hodges Existential psychologist , EX13
Starting therapy can feel a bit daunting. However, all of us at some point during our lives can feel that life is a struggle, that a particular situation is becoming difficult or overwhelming or that something isn’t quite right but we can’t really put a finger on what it is.
My approach to counselling is to provide a space where you can be yourself, talk honestly and express yourself fully without fear of being judged. I believe that counselling is a gentle but powerful process in which you can expand your awareness and understanding of who you are, what you want, the direction you want your life to take along with a deeper sense of your current situation or challenges, how these are affecting you and how you might overcome some of the difficulties and challenges we all sometimes face.
I am an experienced and accredited psychotherapist (UKCP) and counselling psychologist (BPS/HCPC). I offer one to one sessions on an ongoing or a time-limited basis to individuals and couples. I practice in Ealing (London W5, a few minutes walk from Ealing Broadway tube) and Axminster, Devon.
If you want to find out more about counselling and how I work, or you would like to book a free initial consultation please ring 07475 430679, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to book an appointment.
