I have 15 years of experience with thousands of clinical hours as a psychological, counselling and wellbeing therapist in clinical placements, voluntary and private practice. I hold a Psychology BSc, a PG Certificate in Psychology &Psychotherapy, a PG Diploma in Psychotherapy and a PG Certificate in Counselling Supervision. I integrate psychodynamic, existential and spiritual approaches as is appropriate for each client. Within the ethical code of practice of the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists (IAHT), and with a valid public liability insurance, I also work with plant medicines, such as flower remedies, to assist with the process of healing, and enhance inner balance. Sessions are conducted in English and Greek. I welcome people from all backgrounds and lands. My commitment is the acceptance of your entirety in my safe and confidential space throughout our therapy.
