Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
Have you reached a point in your life when you want to talk to someone confidentially about what is going on in your world, want to be heard and supported? Are you grieving for the loss of someone you love? Experiencing the pain of losing someone or something important to you? Do you feel lonely? Anxious? Low mood? Unfulfilled?
I am an experienced therapist and offer you a confidential space for you to talk through and explore your feelings and thoughts so you feel heard, understood and supported without feeling judged; some people find this brings relief, greater self–awareness and helps to facilitate change.
I work in a warm, conversational way with the aim of co-creating a strong and trusting relationship with you. I am aware how difficult it can be to make that first step to reach out for support and find the therapist who might be right for you; I offer an initial free 15 minute introductory phone session for us to have a conversation for you to consider if you think we can work together - then if you wish to continue we will arrange a mutual convenient time for an assessment.
I am a fully qualified, integrative relational therapist and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a trained Cruse bereavement therapist. I am a group supervisor of volunteer counsellors working for a mental health charity.
I work with adults, qualified and student counsellors and supervisees.
Currently I am working online and by phone in my private practice.
