Hilary Alford
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I am a qualified integrative relational Counsellor/ Psychotherapist and supervisor. and have been working with clients presenting with a wide range of issues since 2010. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a trained Cruse bereavement counsellor..
I offer you a safe, confidential space for you to explore your feelings and thoughts so you feel heard and understood without feeling judged. The way I work is informed by a range of theories, concepts and experience which I use to help us to work together to identify and meet your needs. I work with adults, including student counsellors, on a weekly/ fortnightly basis and with supervisees at their required frequency.
I am aware how difficult it can be to make that first step to reach out for support and find the therapist who might be right for you; please text or email me if you would like an initial free 15 minute introductory phone session for us to have a conversation for you to consider if you feel we can work together - then if you wish to continue we will arrange a mutual convenient time for an assessment. Currently I am working online and by phone.
