We have found ourselves at a time in history where our fears and anxieties are heightened due to the health-related concerns and social restrictions. We may be unable to turn to our usual coping mechanisms, leaving us feeling hopeless, helpless and not in control. Perhaps you are struggling with relationships, overwhelmed with family commitments or work-related stress. You may be suffering from feelings of anxiety, low depressive moods and a lack of joy and motivation.
Please feel free to get in touch for a free 15-minute consultation, I would be happy to talk through how I work and how I can help you through this difficult period. My very first aim is to create a safe, trusting and confidential space, so you feel comfortable exploring what is weighing you down. We would then prioritise what you need to work on, perhaps it is the physical symptoms of feeling anxious or depressed or perhaps it is an exploration of what it is happening, or has happened in your life.
I am offering sessions on Zoom or if you are local and do not mind uncertain weather, I am offering walk and talk in local parks convenient to us both.
