About Me

What kind of counselling do I deliver?

Humanistic, often short-term, yet also good to work more open ended (going on the client’s individual needs.)

I work in a more person-centred style out of the humanistic modalities, with a clear focus and regular reviews.

My Supervisor is also from the Humanistic  modality. I offer online therapy and walk and talk therapy sessions in Kingsbury London. Therefore wheelchair accessible.

What are my areas of speciality?

Mental Health Conditions, especially Depression and Anxiety, Addiction, Personal development, Relationship, Family and Bereavement/Loss. I work with clients from the age of 18, covering all conditions and life situations.

Training and qualifications

Before completing the Humanistic Counselling Degree. I have been working as a Registered Mental health Nurse in acute adult general psychiatric wards.

I have worked in the NHS and in the private sector from 2004. This has given me a great deal of experience, in working with a wide range of mental health conditions and significant life events.

I completed within my degree in with a two-year placement with The Awareness Centre. Where I had a contract with Iapt-us in the NHS.

I found this highly rewarding,  working with such a vast number of clients and wide range of diversity. I work now privately short term and open ended, going on the client’s needs.
