Hannah Cruttenden Integrative psychotherapist , W5
I am a UKCP-registered Clinical Psychotherapist offering sessions online and on the phone during the Covid-19 pandemic. To find out more please get in touch to arrange an initial phone conversation (free of charge).
Starting psychotherapy or counselling can feel like a big step. I am a friendly, experienced UKCP and BACP registered integrative psychotherapist and counsellor providing help for individuals aged 18+, effectively addressing issues such as:
anxiety (including in relation to Covid 19)
generalised anxiety disorder
bereavement and loss
depression and guilt
low self esteem
Being able to speak freely in a trusted confidential setting provides powerful relief from unbearable feelings. It also deepens self-understanding to produce positive personal change. I work short term and long term: the first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions. After this, and if you wish to continue, I normally suggest we plan a series of sessions (say 6-12). You can then decide whether to continue on an open-ended basis.
Appointments are available Tuesday to Friday (daytimes and evening) during the week, and Saturday morning. My Ealing-based psychotherapy and counselling practice is accessible from most areas of West London, including Ealing, Hanwell, Acton, Greenford, Brentford, Chiswick and Shepherds Bush.
I have been counselling clients in Ealing since 2006. I also work as an intake assessor for a local counselling organisation, and have recently completed a doctoral research project on bereavement. I have experience of working in the NHS and for a number of charitable organisations. Before becoming a full-time psychotherapist I worked in various roles as an academic psychologist, media producer and manager of a training company.
