Hannah Cruttenden
Integrative counselling psychologistAbout Me
I am an experienced HCPC-registered Psychologist and UKCP-registered Psychotherapist offering a friendly, collaborative and confidential approach. Sessions take place online via zoom, or in person. I am always happy to be contacted for an initial chat.
I work with a wide range of presentations, including anxiety and depression, bereavement and loss, development trauma, relationship problems, and family dysfunction. If an issue is outside my remit, I will let you know and refer you on. In general, I work with my clients to help them understand themselves and their past experiences, with a focus on how they react and relate to others and to the world.
I draw on psychotherapeutic approaches including Compassion Focussed Therapy, CBT and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitizaton and Reprocessing).
Appointments are available throughout the week.

I am also a research supervisor for Metanoia Institute and Middlesex University. I started counselling clients in 2007. Before becoming a full-time psychotherapist I worked in various roles in academic psychology, media production and management.
