About Me

Life is not easy, and if you are reading this you have probably figured out that you want to talk. Talking and being truly heard will increase your self-awareness and help you to understand what is going on for you, I offer a genuine, warm, and confidential environment, where you can explore your situation, in a way that feels comfortable and safe for you.

I am a fully qualified counsellor and a member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP). I am insured, registered with the ICO and GDPR compliant ensuring your data is protected. I have years of experience working with children, young people and adults.

I love being invited to share one's journey, it is an honour, to participate and provide a space that allows the client to explore and feel safe, it makes me happy and I enjoy seeing the client walk out feeling free and ready to enjoy life. I offer a genuine, warm, and confidential space, in which I allow the client to lead, and my essence in the session offers a relationship that is open to explore.

We can explore your feelings, thoughts and the decisions that you make in your life, and how they affect you and your relationships. We can also work to improve your capacity for self-reflection, self-understanding, self-love, self-care and communication with others. Improving confidence and self-esteem.

I offer support to couples through the Prepare-Enrich programme. This can help couples to prepare for marriage, enrich their relationship, or review and improve their co-parenting by taking stock of their strengths and growth areas.

I am trainee psychotherapist, who is specialised in working with Trauma, if you have symptoms or have been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress disorder or complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and would like to work in systematic way to treat your symptoms of panic attack's, nightmares or flashbacks and feelings of isolation, irritable, guilt, and fear.
