Graham Allen Integrative counsellor , NW11
We live in an age of great transition , partly due to technology. In my work I find many people can feel isolated as CONNECTION between people may be getting more fragmented, whether we are single or in relationship.
Evidence shows that we heal ourselves through connection. I therefore put connection at the heart of therapeutic work.
I am an Accredited BACP member with 17 years experience in Counselling from individuals to small groups.
When choosing a therapist it is the client / counsellor relationship which is the most important therapeutic factor to consider. Shorter term work may also be worth considering. There is no time limit on the counselling but we will review on an ongoing basis.
For this reason an initial asessment/meet is important for you and I to discuss working together.
