Are  you trying to get on with things in life but your negative thoughts and feelings get in the way, leaving you feeling anxious or depressed?

When we suffer from anxiety and depression, or are locked into negative feelings and behaviours, we lose our ability to think. Everything becomes too overwhelming. Some of these feelings and behaviours can be difficult to 'think' about, because they are rooted in our past experiences and relationships. Unlocking these unconscious roots can help to release you from anxiety and many other negative feelings and behavioural patterns.

  • How I can help

In the sessions, I will help you to become curious about your feelings, thoughts, actions and these possible roots. For each session, you can bring anything that bothers you. We will work together to understand them and think about your difficult feelings and unravel these puzzling roots. After a while, you'll find yourself being able to think about these intense thoughts and feelings on your own, freeing yourself from 'stuckness' and negative emotions.

Step by step you will gradually become able to implement this way of thinking at your work, in your relationships and personal life, and build a secure self to rely on at times of anxiety and stress.

You may be experiencing:

  • anger
  • a sense of feeling stuck, confused or anxious, whether in your job, relationship or other aspect of your life
  • over-sensitivity and anxiety much of the time
  • a feeling of being overwhelmed or out of control
  • negative thoughts that can spiral out of control
  • feeling of helplessness
  • self-blame or guilt
  • difficulty sleeping
  • depressed moods and lack of motivation
  • lack of purpose and difficulty making decisions
  • relationship difficulties - either clinging to a bad relationship or allowing a good one to spiral out of control
  • career difficulties - finding yourself stuck in a job that you don't like or not being able to find a job suited to your skills and potentials

Please feel free to browse my website (you can click for the website below my picture) to read my blogs on anxiety and more. I will update you with more blogs.

  • The next step

And whenever you feel ready, we can have an inital consultation in which we can think together about your difficulties and anxieties. You will also get a sense of how I work and we can decide whether we can work together.
