I work in private practice based from my home in Fareham, Hampshire. From my own personal experience I know life can be challenging at times whether it is relationships, work or bereavement. Sometimes people tell me they don't seem to feel anything and others tell me their feelings such as anxiety, sadness and grief are overwhelming and difficult to cope with and find their emotions can stop them from doing the things in life that many people take for granted. We are all unique and it is our individual experience that is important.
