Firstly thank you for reading my profile. I am a therapist who is experienced in working with a wide range of issues such as stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, motivation, confidence, relationship issues, addictions and general struggles with everyday life.  I provide a safe, welcoming and friendly environment to allow each client to feel totally at ease, this allows them to be as open and honest as they can be throughout their sessions. I offer short and long term counselling and am completely non judgemental. My focus is 100 percent on each individual client.

I focus on person centred, psychodynamic and CBT depending on the clients issues. I feel by using these core techniques I am able to help build a picture of you as a person which enables the client to understand their emotions and thoughts in a better way. If they can understand why they feel a certain way, then they can begin to rationalise their thoughts.

Coming to therapy for the first time may be difficult but it could be the best thing that you ever do. Talking to someone who is qualified about issues which you may be unable to discuss with anyone else, can really help you to overcome any issues that you are experiencing. My approach is very much client focused and driven towards making you a better you.
