I imagine the fact that you are reading this page means you are finding life pretty difficult at the moment. The challenges and struggles we sometimes face may feel overwhelming at times. It might be a specific matter - a bereavement, a relationship breakdown, a job loss. Or it might be patterns that you notice are repeating themselves, keeping you feeling stuck. Taking some time out to talk with a therapist may be the first step towards a new understanding of yourself.

When looking for someone to explore with what is going on for you it is important to find a therapist or counsellor you feel you can trust and talk openly to. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to talk things over, hopefully helping to shed some light on feelings and responses that might seem hard to understand at the moment.

I am fully qualified and hold a Masters degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. I am a full clinical member of both the UKCP and BACP. I work with a wide range of presentations - depression, relationship issues, anxiety, and have worked in the voluntary sector, the NHS, and in private practice.
