About Me

Hello and thank you for considering me as your therapist.

If you are feeling depressed or anxious, empty or stuck and perhaps confused about your feelings or don’t know what your feelings are, counselling and psychotherapy can help you. I can offer you a first free consultation to see if we are suitable to work together. I welcome the LGBT community and people from diverse backgrounds and ethnic groups, students and professionals who are currently struggling to adapt to the fast changes and new demands the Covid-19 pandemic has created.

I have experience treating people who suffer from anxiety and depression, panic attacks and depersonalisation symptoms, feelings of emptiness, identity, gender sexuality issues, loneliness and isolation, bereavement, trauma and families struggles originated in childhood. I tailor the way I work according to you because no two people are the same. As a counsellor I am approachable, warm and I will prompt you to look into your past and present relationships with people to make sense and understand your present difficulties. Central to my work is the understanding of the unconscious mind to facilitate awareness of yourself and perhaps elicit change.

I offer both short term focus and long-term open ended therapy to adults of diverse backgrounds, gender and sexual orientations.

They sessions last 50 minutes and are usually held at the same day and time of the week. I have also experience working with professionals with a busy lifestyle who need flexibility to schedule their sessions. Once you get in touch with me I will aim to answer you within 48 hours.

Please note that during the Covid pandemic I am offering online counselling sessions only but once the situation improves we could meet face to face in my Central or South London practice.
