About Me

I offer walk and talk therapy, or eco therapy as well as online counseling. Taking that first step is never easy, but I will be there to help you work out what is stopping you from living a happy life, what you're carrying and what needs more attention and healing. Being outside increases your well-being, lowers anxiety and depression while reducing stress levels. This type of counseling is really effective for bereavement, when going through transitions or crises and helps to improve your sleep patterns.

If you've been struggling to find a healthy relationship, we will explore negative patterns and your attachment style. You may begin to understand yourself more and, in time, make positive changes to set the boundaries and improve your relationships. You may have a negative view of yourself and we can explore where your belief comes from. By talking and exploring the way you view yourself, you may start to understand who you truly are and expand your potentials while working on your self worth. I understand how sexual abuse, abusive and unhealthy relationships can affect your life and the way you view yourself.  I'm a firm believer that we all have a potential to heal ourselves and be the best version of us. If you have recently or a while ago lost someone and are still struggling with grief I will be here while you work through all the stages of grief and loss, helping to gently guide you towards acceptance.

I'm widely experienced in dealing with PMDD and promote body positivity and intuitive eating. If you suffer with a negative body image, emotional eating, binge eating, I can help you explore your unhealthy habits and work towards breaking the cycle. While we explore the patterns of behaviour and identify what emotions drive the negative habits, we can find healthier solutions and challenge the patterns that no longer serve you.

The aim is to make you feel and see , you are in control, while adopting better coping skills.

I strive to create a good therapeutic relationship with my clients and everything discussed in our session is confidential.

The only exception when confidentiality could be broken is when you disclose a danger of serious harm to yourself and others.

I am a registered member of BACP and work within their ethical framework.

My sessions are 50 minutes long and I work outdoors , online, or over the phone.

Please get in touch for a free 10- 15 minute phone call consultation to see if I'm the right therapist for you, or email to get in touch and book our first session. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
