Freya Barrett Integrative psychotherapist , BA2
I am a qualified psychotherapist offering psychotherapy and counselling in Bath to both individuals and couples. I have experience working in the NHS as a psychotherapist, but now work in private practice. I am a full clinical member of UKCP (United Kingdom Council For Psychotherapy).
I believe it is crucial to create an environment where you can feel safe to talk, somewhere that you can bring all of yourself. I provide a confidential and non-judgmental space where we can explore your feelings, motivations, anxieties and fears, where I can really hear what it feels like to be you.
Because I believe that the relationship between us is key to our work together I offer a free initial session in order that we can explore whether we feel we could work together. Email or phone me if you would like to arrange an initial session for us to meet each other and for you to talk about what has led you here and to see if I am right for you.
