Francis Atkinson
Integrative psychotherapistAbout Me
I have been working as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for over 25 years in private practice, a University counselling service, colleges of further education, a charity supporting people in relation to HIV/AIDS, and an adolescent counselling agency.
I have worked with a variety of clients from various ethnic backgrounds, ages and sexualities.
I offer all prospective clients a free half hour session, to discuss the issues someone would be coming about. To go through issues around confidentiality, fees, cancellation policy, and any questions you may for me around my practice and experience. From this session, we may decide to work together, or you may decide to go away and think about it or decide not to.
Because it is sometimes difficult to know how long therapy is going to take, I suggest to have 6-8 sessions and to then see whether to continue or maybe not.
For further details or to make contact, please see the information about how to contact me or visit my website.
