I can help you by providing you with useful cbt tools in your day to day life to make changes in how you react, but also to look deeper into what is going on for you now. I can help you with the presenting issues and overcome past patterns so you you can grow to be all that you can be. I am a qualified psychotherapist with a Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's College, London. I practice Psychotherapy and CBT and short–term, solution focused therapy. I have been working in Counselling, CBT and Psychotherapy in Brighton and Hove since 2005. I have also worked in the voluntary sector for over 10 years, primarily for MIND and SASS. Your first session (which costs less than a regular session) will be an opportunity for us to discuss your needs.
