Fran Mullins
Integrative counsellorAbout Me
Hi. I am a BACP Accredited integrative counsellor/psychotherapist and have worked with clients since 2010 in a variety of settings including a bereavement service, an alcohol misuse agency, in NHS primary care and in my own private practice since 2014. Previously, I worked for over 20 years in the Marketing & Advertising industry.
The key things that I can help you gain are renewed hope, understanding, empowerment and choices, as well as long term relief from distressing symptoms.
The kind of issues that you might be dealing with could include; anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, depression, relationship problems, jealousy, stress, repeated unwanted patterns of behaviour, work problems, grief, low self esteem, self-harming or suicidal thoughts, addictions, anger, body image or eating issues.
Some of my work is quite structured and focused on agreed goals while other clients suit a longer term, more intuitive approach, particularly if your issues are more complex. However, the majority of my clients feel real benefit after 6-12 sessions.
If you would like to arrange a free 15 minute phone call or are interested in booking an initial session please do get in touch.
