I am a qualified Psychologist and Psychotherapist specialised in supporting men and women experiencing emotional distress.
I provide a safe and confidential space where we will explore together your personal circumstances, linking the past with the present, and working towards the future.
Expert in working with feeling 'lost', worried, low, stressed. And circumstances such as life-changes, loss, traumatic experiences, and relationships issues (with partners, families, friends, colleagues, and so on).
I offer a 90 minutes Initial Consultation where we can discuss what you are looking for and what I can offer, as well as make recommendations for the kind of therapeutic approach that might best suit your needs.
I am currently interested in providing therapeutic support and a space to explore life events to individuals experiencing psychological difficulties and are struggling to manage their emotions while navigating everyday life and relationships, especially the one with oneself.
I can provide sessions remotely online (video or audio), as well as face to face in Central London (London Bridge).
I offer sessions in English or Italian, also for individuals living outside of UK (Europe).
I work to the Code of Ethics of my Professional Standards Authority Registers (HCPC, BACP, BPC).
I have Professional Indemnity Insurance.

I offer weekly sessions at a rate between £60 and £120 per session, depending on income.
Training and qualifications
I have over 14 years of training and over 9 years of experience in the public and private setting.
I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist (D.Psych.) as well as a Psychotherapist working with a Psychodynamic approach.
I have extensive experience in working in different settings including assessment and diagnosis of mental health issues, primary and secondary care level of support, institutions, and hospitals.
I work both in the NHS as a Specialised Practitioner and in Private Practice as a Psychotherapist.
