I specialise in helping people experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety/ panic attacks, depression, personal and emotional difficulties, loss, relationship breakdown, trauma, coming to terms and finding ways of understanding and living well with health and mental health problems, coping with significant change. I provide a free telephone consultation to provide individuals the opportunity to discuss their needs and ask any questions they have.
