About Me

Hello, my name is Fay and I am an experienced psychoanalytic psychotherapist working privately and in the NHS.

Starting therapy can be daunting and even unsettling, so it’s important to find a therapist you feel comfortable with and who you can trust. I offer a safe and confidential space to explore whatever is on your mind or troubling you. As a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, I offer in-depth talking therapy that supports individuals to speak freely and to gradually address painful or confusing feelings, patterns and behaviours, and where these issues might come from. This approach helps individuals develop greater insight into themselves, alleviate suffering and improve relationships.

My practice is based in central Hackney and is wheelchair accessible. I have some availability for online sessions.

Fees

I offer an initial free telephone conversation to see if we would like to work together and to discuss some of the practicalities like timing, session frequency and fees.

My fees are negotiable based on your circumstances and I offer a limited number of concessionary slots, particularly for patients wishing to come to therapy more than once a week.

Sessions are 50 mins and can be provided from a once to three times a week frequency. Depending on your needs, this might be open-ended or time-limited therapy.
