I am an experienced psychotherapist providing a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment to enable you to explore your emotional suffering and how you relate to yourself and others. I work in long term/open ended work - where you will be offered space to reflect on yourself, to understand your relational patterns and to discover the deeper issues which may have caused your distress. I practice online and in Central London. I currently have availability in Hanover Sq on Thursday 11-13.

I hold a 3 year post-graduate MSc (BACP accredited), training at the Site of Contemporary Psychoanalysis and I am a psychotherapist and supervisor at the Kent and Medway NHS Trust where I work with complex mental heath needs. I was an honorary psychoanalytic psychotherapist at South London and the Maudsley (SLAM) NHS Trust for 4 years.
