Hi

I am a qualified after a full one year course in Hypnotherapy and Basic Counselling Skills that is fully accredited by the UK National Hypnotherapy Society and I am registered with the National Counselling Society as I continue my  professional therapeutic counselling course ( watch out for the charlatans, not qualified and trained!). I am have all the necessary insurances and I am fully committed and adherent to all ethical principles in working with clients.

I work with clients experiencing many different issues that need help to control, manage and overcome. Clients come to me with many differing stresses, habits and difficulties, mental and physical health issues, that they need and want help to change for various reasons but first and foremost they must want to do it for themselves, to change their lives and take back control. I can help with things like stopping smoking, phobias, anxiety, weight-loss, anger & stress management, panic attacks, confidence & self-esteem and we use a variety of techniques of relaxation, suggestion and imagery that fit you, to help you. It's a journey of discovery and change that we take together and work on together. Hypnotherapy has become a more widely used therapy including in palliative care, such are the benefits and advantages of its practices. The mind and the body are inseparable as they work to affect each other in positive and negative ways.
