Dr Eoghan Naughton
Practitioner psychologistAbout Me
I am a BPS chartered psychologist with extensive experience and skills in working within the NHS and other settings.
My approach aims to provide a safe and trusted space, respectful of each individual's capacity for personal growth. Psychotherapy seeks to help each individual live a more fulfilling life. My aim is to help each person find what works for him or her in dealing with the particular circumstances and stresses which cause suffering. Many of the individuals I have worked with have found more adaptive ways of dealing with acute self-criticism, feelings of not being good enough or feelings of confusion with regard to personal and professional relationships. The therapeutic process is unique to each individual and takes places within a confidential, non-judgemental setting and can be a very rewarding experience.
I offer short-term, long-term and open-ended therapy at my office in Fitzrovia.
I have provided consultations to organisations in the business sector and worked with individuals in high stress corporate sectors.
